Introduction

Join KPMG for our annual IPO Bootcamp in Boston, a half-day educational event designed primarily for C-level executives at life sciences and technology companies that are considering an initial public offering (IPO) in the future.

Panelists will discuss leading practices for preparing and executing an IPO, and for life as a newly public company.

In addition, the program will consist of life sciences and technology-specific break-out discussions enabling you to hear from executives at companies most similar to yours as they share their experience of going public. These industry-specific panels will include stories from executives who have recently taken their companies public and marketplace insights from investment banking representatives from J.P. Morgan.
